Refund Policy
In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been recharged, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount if the service is not being used by the customer. The refund process would take 5 to 7 working days and would be reimbursed to your credit card. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been used. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Sim Planet Review and accepts the cancellation policies.
Our Refund Policy explains the circumstances in which you can receive a refund of your purchase from us. Our Refund Policy is in addition to, and does not exclude, any other rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. We do not give any refunds if you simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
Refunds will only be provided if the order is cancelled due to the following reasons, product not available, cancelled by the customer, Product not working as described. Sim Planet does not offer refunds for stolen or lost SIM cards. Before claiming refunds, all we ask is for you to: Reach out to us at support@simplanet.com.au for our team members to troubleshoot the issue you’re experiencing. Allow us reasonable amount of time to investigate and resolve the issue you’re experiencing.
